Shipping and Delivery Times
All of my fine art prints are custom printed especially for you. This can take up to 10 working days, however during the sale it can be a little longer but is well worth the wait.
When your order is ready, that is when you will receive tracking details from us. Rest assured your order has been received and is in production.

My studio is based in Brisbane, Australia.
As soon as your pre-ordered item arrives in the studio, it is sent to you with a tracking number.
If your order includes in stock pieces and a pre-ordered item then all items will be shipped together in one parcel once the pre-ordered item is available.

Ordering
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you are purchasing from outside of Australia this tax will be automatically deducted at checkout.
Customers with delivery addresses outside of Australia are responsible for their own applicable duties and import taxes. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Kara Rosenlund is not liable for customers import charges.
We have no control over these costs. They are set by each countries government and vary widely depending on your location. You can usually find details of the import tax on your local government website.
Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean the package will be returned safely to Kara Rosenlund.
We can not be held liable for refunding customers in this case. If we do receive a refused parcel back and you would like it to be sent again, you will need to pay additional shipping costs.
Yes. Afterpay is available for Australian customers.

All photographic prints are also available in a gift size, which comes housed in a linen presentation box.*
* Gift size prints are open editions, not limited.
A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity. An open edition is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.
My work is Giclée printed on heavyweight archival Hahnemühle rag paper. All prints are made in Australia.
Yes. If you see a photograph belonging to me on any of my social media channels or magazines, I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you. Find out more here.

Once you receive your print please don't open it (I know, tempting), when you are ready please take it to a professional framer to avoid mishandling.

Yes. I offer framing in my signature style on all limited edition photographic prints.
I work with a local professional art framer to finish your new photographic print in my signature style – unstained Tasmanian Oak with a traditional mat board*.
The frame is finished with a natural beeswax to give a beautiful matt appearance and to preserve the wood.
Lightweight museum-grade acrylic is used to ensure that your framed artwork is installed easily and does not require a professional hanging service.
Once you have received your framed artwork, it is ready to hang. Find out more here.

Please allow 21 business days for framed print to be produced.
