Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Brisbane, Australia.

All parcels sent are tracked. You will receive your tracking details once your order has been carefully packaged and has left the studio.

Framed prints receive complimentary shipping worldwide.

Can I track my item?

Yes. Once we have posted your item, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow its journey.

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive an email from Kara Rosenlund confirming shipment and from the courier with instructions on how to track your order. 

How much is shipping for a framed print?

Framed print orders receive complimentary shipping worldwide.

If I order a pre-order item, when will my items be shipped?

As soon as your pre-ordered item arrives in the studio, it is sent to you with a tracking number.

If your order includes in stock pieces and a pre-ordered item then all items will be shipped together in one parcel when the item is available.

How are the prints packaged?

Unframed prints are handled with white gloves and rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.

Framed fine art prints are safely packaged in a custom-made travel box to protect your finished piece.

How are prints sent?

All framed and unframed prints are sent via courier. You will be notified with a tracking number when your delivery is on its way.

I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?

All fine art prints are custom printed before being signed, dated and numbered in pencil.

Please allow 10 business days for your print to be custom printed for you.

Please allow an additional 14 business days if your fine art print is to be framed.

Once produced, your order will be sent and you will receive tracking.

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?

All emails will be sent to your Paypal address – check there first for order confirmations and updates.
