Framed and Unframed Photographic Prints and Books

Purchases of photographic prints (unframed and framed) are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@kararosenlund.com for assistance.

Please take a photo of the damage and send it with your email.

Books will not be refunded.

Cult Classic Range

If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your product, please email hello@kararosenlund.com for assistance on the return process.

All products must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges.

Sale Items

Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.

For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.

Photographic Print Care Instructions

Once you receive your print please don't open it (I know, tempting), when you are ready please take it to a professional framer to avoid mishandling.

To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend the following:

  • Keep your print out of direct sunlight
  • Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic
